If you will buy a service you can use Payza, PayPal account or Credit Cards to place an order. The payment is processed by the Payza / PayPal Payment Gateways.

Fiverr is a site that offer micro jobs that eliminates long processes of employing workers like interviews and for the worker, they no longer need to write resume and cover letters. All you have to do is make a posting of your gig or service for as low as $5. It is such a huge hit that micro jobs site are now popping everywhere on the web.
If you want other exposure or if for any reason you can't use fiverr here are the alternatives:
GigBucks.com - is a free and easy platform for freelancers and they can offer their services priced from $5 to $50 bucks per gig.
Posting is absolutely free and you can post as many gigs as you like.
Tenbux.com - Just like fiverr, you can offer your gig for $10
zeerk.com - They offer no commission and no fees. The seller gets paid directly by the buyer. You can offer your services from $2 to $100
gigme5.com - Work prices are fixed at $5 For each of your works that was ordered and delivered, your net share will be the deducted amount from commission amount of $5. Registration is free
